PARK FEES AND PERMITS

100% OF OUR PROCEEDS GO TO IMPROVING & MAINTAINING OUR TRAILS!

  • Starting in 2021 Trail Riding Permits will be sold 100% online.

  • Using the link above you may pay, fill out your waiver and upload your Coggins in one easy place.

  • If you are purchasing more than one Permit, you must fill out and pay for them separately; as the waivers act as a liability release and must be E-Signed individually.

  • There will be NO trail tags this year.

  • When you come to ride, please sign in at the kiosk and your Permit will be verified based on the      horse and rider information you provided us.

2021 ANNUAL PERMIT $52 JAN-DEC

DAY PERMIT $10

Purchasing an Annual Permit allows you access to over 400 acres and 21 miles of beautiful trails! Our trail system has a bit

of everything: flat easy areas, creek crossings, step over logs, some good hills and more technical trails on the back side.

The trails are marked, but if you have any questions please ask at the Red Fern Riding Center office.

WHERE TO GO AND WHAT TO DO

The payment and sign-in kiosk, horse trailer parking and hitching post are located

to your right as you enter the parking lot. Please follow the signs. Water and hoses are in front of the dairy barn

(see sign that says water as you drive in). Bathrooms are located at Red Fern Riding Center.

Due to insurance and horse health safely, the barn and arena at Red Fern Riding Center

is not open to visiting trail horses. However, we welcome any and all questions,

we can provide trail directions, tell funny horse jokes, or direct you to our commode!

We love making new friends, and are often happy to ride the trails with park visitors.

       ANNUAL PERMITS

  • Annual Permits run the calendar year, Jan - Dec.

  • A permit application must be purchased online. The Red Fern Riding Center office will be checking
the kiosk sign in sheets and verifying Permit holder information.

  • Proof of current Coggins is required onsite.

  • If your Coggins has expired since you bought your Permit, please let the office know.

  • Permits go with the rider not the horse. Therefore, if the rider has two horses they need only ONE permit,
however, they need to show proof of Coggins for both horses.

  • Each person who rides needs their own Permit (minors included).

  • Permit holders must sign in (every time they ride) at the kiosk.

    DAY PERMITS

  • Day Permits are $10 and can be purchased at the kiosk to the right of the barn.

  • Please deposit your day pass fee in the marked grey metal box on this kiosk.

  • Riders not signing in will have their license number recorded and a note put on their trailers.

  • Maps are available in kiosk. If you have questions please ask, we are happy to answer them.
